Before your tattoo session begins, all clients are required to complete and sign a consultation and consent form. This allows us to discuss your design, placement, size, medical considerations, and aftercare instructions to ensure a safe and professional experience.

👤 Adults (18+): A valid ID may be requested before your appointment. All clients must sign a consent form before the procedure begins.
